So nice and cosy hotel. The rooms are really nice and great view. Breakfast has every possible thing you could want. Nice bar with Norwegian priced local beers 😊
I don't like the hotel
The bed was awful. The springs were pushing in my back. The recepionist calls it the best beds we were given the opportunity to change rooms, but the other bed (which was supposedly newer and better) had the same issue.
The room hasn't changed in the last 30 years I think and the bathroom was below expectations.
The buffet wasn't so good.
The interior downstairs was lovely and cosy.
"Historic hotel", more like got stuck in time -> ugly room.
The beds are just horrible, you can just the springs in your back. In the morning, I was more tired than when I got in. Thin walls and a strange bathroom, but we found that this is typical for Norway.
Small details, the wifi sucks! And no tv, but we didn't need it yet on our trip through Norway (in case you would need 1)
Diner is a buffet, but we didn't like it, luckily the chocolate mousse was great. Breakfast was fine, it was like in any other hotel.
The staff is far from professional and when we decided to leave, they were just rude.. just because of this, they're getting the lowest score.
Stayed in the restaurant for a few hours whilst waiting for the bus back to Oslo, coffee is strong and has free refills and the elk burger is incredible! Cosy atmosphere
Had dinner at the Fjellkro. A cosy place with friendly staff. Had the evening buffet including a small dessert and a cup of coffee at a good price
Great dinner buffe but damn it was expensive.Nice views
Unexperienced staff, good food.
Incredibly beautiful! The place is worth visiting, as well as the surrounding mountains. The food There were some nice places with chimenees. Food was perfect and they provided us with gluten free alternatives when necessary.
Very cozy place got that local feel
Cool spot that felt pretty local. Had some locally brewed beer.
