Easy and straightforward access. A little trouble with the app to begin with. Customer service solved this very well. Used a storage room in connection with moving. Nice ceiling height. Easy access into the shed.

Everything went as planned, transport came as agreed, and tidy to nicely stocked with trolley. Had some trouble with gate 2, but resolved by walking close to the gate.

Very easy to get into with the app. No need to talk to anyone! Airy and bright room. Trolley available, and the stalls are solid and high under the roof. Recommended :)

Used this in connection with moving, and must say that it exceeded all expectations. I drove down to see first, and sat on the stairs outside while I booked access and enjoyed the view of the city. As a true nerd and someone who works with technology myself, I always get excited about things that actually work in practice (so much can go wrong!), And applaud that you use local suppliers. That it is also so clean, neat and bright means a lot to me. Of things that can be improved, I would like to have pictures of the actual bearings on the website (a little difficult to imagine), maybe a little instruction on the elevator outside (I found out that is), and maybe made the integration with Unloc even a little faster and smoother (misunderstand me right, you guys are really miles ahead of everyone else here). All in all, I can only give you more than a well-deserved (and rarely) full pot - you are game-changers in this industry and I am in the front row with flags and cheers. The only thing that can possibly make me radically change my mind is if I suddenly see the gang from the Warehouse War rummaging around in my things from the sofa corner (but am not sure if it is positive or negative!). Go on, I will recommend you to anyone who needs storage!

We used Flexistore to store a transfer space between moving in one apartment and moving in another and are very satisfied. The app is easy to use, the customer service from Ane who works there was super, they are quick to pick up the phone and they will call you if anything shows up along the way. What made it important for us to use them was that they also offer different assistance to the actual move so that we could choose two people and a large van that took care of everything that needed to be moved. We had more than we had booked for but then they arranged this internally with the moving agency, called us and made room in a small extra storage room that we could choose to book in the app or come and pick things up if we didn't want to pay for more storage .

This exceeded our expectations in time saving and how easily everything was done for us who were in stress and a 4 month baby in tow. The service and company are highly recommended!
