Hi, I've been waiting a long time for your class. I had been given the class today at 12, and was told in advance to wait in the car. Was out well in advance 15 min before the hour, and waited for over 1 hour and 20 min over the appointment time. No one contacted me as I perceived the agreement. I mean I did my part of the deal and will not pay for that hour, but I have lost confidence in you. I did not call either, but eventually I went back in frustration over miserable treatment, and feel totally let down. I asked others in the place if one should sign up, but no one knew anything, everyone was equally confused. In my head, that means you are informing poorly.
