I stayed here about a year ago. Good breakfast with a wide range and the dining room has a nice view of the bay. It was 2 degrees out and the hotel was nice and warm. Service was great.Rooms are nice with a tv and a shower. Beds were a little old and blanket wasn't something I'd want to cover myself with.
Prices are high,as is all of Norway.
If you're in the city I would recommend this hotel. It's close to the bus station, movie theater, shopping center ,Mcdonalds and other restaurants.
Clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast.
Great hotel. Few weird issues with the room like light switches that don't work and a random wardrobe but over all a really great stay. Food was Incredible and the swimming pool and sauna are lovely.
Was a great place to stay. Most comfortable bed ever slept in.
The only drawbacks from my point of view are that the beds were not the most comfortable, and the bathroom door was one of those frosted glass things some hotels seem to prefer nowadays. The stay was really good, the room we were given had a great view and was nicely laid out with the main bed on a small loft. The pull out couch was right next to the window, and almost made it feel like I was on a boat. The breakfast was well stocked and had loads of options, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
Best hotel in Arendal - great view of the waterways from a cozy hotel
Nice view, good service, good breakfast
Nice place if a bit over-priced. Fantatic food.
Breakfast is outstanding. The rooms don't have Irons. Wrinkled clothes is not my style. So I recommend hanging your clothes within the restroom / shower area for some steam time. Small town, nicely positioned on a beautiful day. (Update) 11/29/2016- its smart to ask for an iron! That shows you my experience with no Iron! Lol.. I now have an iron and my clothes are excellent!
Good location. Service is decent. Breakfast is decent. Room is nice, but could be better equipped.
