I just went to one of the best spa experiences of my life. Great staff and gorgeous facilities. It is completely worth the cost. A wonderful hottub, beautiful steam room ,Warm sauna and a great pool. Did a water aerobics class with upbeat music and availed myself of the shower facilities. Please note you need to bring a towel and exercise facilities are only open to members. Historic yet updated.

Overpriced. Changes times for when they are open to the public from time to time. Check the web page before going here.

Monica

The swimming pool is very small and too busy during peak hours. Sometimes the pool is partly closed for Baby swimming. Baby swimming is an external course, so if you have a baby and want to join in you have to pay extra 1600 kr on top of a regular membership 1100 kr.
The classees offered by the centre is held in very small rooms, often too crowded. And there is not that many classes offered during the week.
When I joined the gym I was pregnant in 4th month and was also told that all the classes were suitable for pregnant women, this is not the case. Bikram Yoga and Ashtanga is not always suiatable for pregnant women. On my introduction to the gym and the facilities I was recomended situps and lifting weights when pregnant. He also told me that "when women are pregnant they are most likely to sit around and find excuses not to work out and get fat"
This centre is a joke. Overpriced, dirty and not at all as it promised. The staff is from another planet. Beautiful interiour tho.
