I paid for a stereo installation. They didnt properly connect the subwoofers or the steering wheel or the back speakers, so I had to bring in my car a second time to get worked on again. When I picked up my car the second time, they were unable to connect the rear speakers, so I had to bring it in a third time. When I picked up my car this third time, my car was returned to me with a window that doesn't roll down, panels not completely reassembled, the wires to my subwoofers not fully connected, and screws left on the floor of my car, probably from my panels that were not properly reassembled. I emailed them about the window, they told me it worked when they rolled it down in their shop, and that they can't be liable for it not working when I picked up my car, and they said I can buy a part for my newly broken window for NOK 1600. When I complained about this they told me that they never touched my window, after they already told me earlier that they rolled the window down and up in the shop, so obviously that was lie. When I brought this up to them they accused me of having "conspiracy theories," and one guy said it is the same as when a plumber fixes something in a house, the plumber is not responsible for the TV malfunctioning. Plumbers don't sell televisions. If someone who sells car parts breaks a car part on a car while they are working on it, there is an obvious opportunity to make a profit selling that car part to the person who now has something broken. So do not give these people your business, you probably will have an installation done wrong three times, and have them break something in your car that they will sell you an expensive part to replace, and you will be spoken to in a rude and condescending manner by people who have already messed up your installation numerous times, and broke something that worked fine immediately before you brought the car in. I usually don't even leave reviews but this experience has been so bad, that I must warn people to stay away from this rude, incompetent business. In addition I will be contacting the police to try to see what possible steps I can take next. Take your business elsewhere, and save yourself the time, the money, and the hassle.
