It was one of the best vacations, very well planned by authentic scandinavia team! The booking went smoothly but more importantly the details shared by you was perfect! I also highly appreciate the honest guidance and suggestions you shared during my trip planning - like to avoid back to back flights due to weather, take city or airport hotel based on our trip timings, winter clothing, alternate activities to suite our trip and choices.

My husband and I recently took a trip with Authentic Scandinavia to Sweden and Norway for our honeymoon. Right from the beginning of booking our trip and choosing our activities for each day, we had such a great experience with AS. This was our first trip out of the USA so we were nervous about transportation and accommodations but AS put our minds at ease. The customer service reps with AS were very responsive to our questions and explained the booking process and prices so well. To top it all off, when we got to Scandinavia our itinerary and vouchers that AS sent us were so thorough, specific, and helpful. They had rides set up for us to and from all of our activities and accommodations which were always easy to find and on time. Many of our meals were included in our booking price and there were no extra hidden fees. AS made our honeymoon unforgettable and stress-free. We would recommend AS to anyone wishing to go on a trip of a lifetime to Scandinavia!

My wife and I just finished up the 'Scandinavian Capitals & Fjords' tour that we booked through Authentic Scandinavia. They handled and booked most details of the trip. All went off smoothly and as advertised. We had no problems so did not have to test their 'crisis solving' skills. One real plus was their detailed comments of all travel connections. There is a bit of train to bus to boat to train again activity with this trip but their instructions made it easy. This is our first time using a travel planning service and we found that doing so made the trip a lot easier than having to figure things out for ourselves. We would use them again if we choose to return to that part of the world.

What an amazing trip to Norway! Authentic Scandinavia was so easy to work with , planned everything for our trip. We had the luxury of flexibility, not being in a group tour, but had all the benefits as if we were. All hotels and travel within Norway were booked, scheduled perfectly and within walking distance to everything. Thank you Authentic Scandinavia for a trip of a lifetime !!
