Comfortable spot for a craft beer. Microbrewery on site gives the bar a wonderful aroma. Decent food menu.

Great food, terrific beer. My mom had the delicious scallops and the rest of us had a variety of burgers. What a treat! Of course, with our (Ellis Island misspelled 😕) last name we longed for shirts like the staff wore, but ha! That was a minor dissapointment. For more Amundsen fun treat yourself to some Freia chocolatebut the Amundsen Bryggeri won the prize for me.

Outside deck. Great service and reasonably priced food and beer. Delicious flights and fries. Our waitress took a good amount of care in explaining each beer that we got and was very knowledgeable. She also helped us find things to do around town.

A standard bet. Good, but pricey beer. Food is average.

I was there today for the first time and wasn't disappointed. Ordered fish and chips and it came quickly, the bartenders were all polite and they came by to ask if everything was to our liking and cleaned everything away fast too, which I like. The food was good enough for me and everything looked clean. The toilets as well. Not absolutely top notch but satisfactory. They also have a nice fireplace right nearby where we sat which I like. It is a bit dark place and especially on a rainy day like today it was a bit dark but enough light to see what you are eating, lol. I am satisfied and will go back there gladly.

Really nice beer selection, both local microbrews and more typical stuff. Burgers were fine, but not so special.
Atmosphere is cool, but beware of the 21+ age restriction!

Nice draft barley wine and beer! Very tasty Amundsen burger and fine Norwegian soup. Do recommend to visit! The prices are descent for Norway. Better to book a table if you are going in the evening.
