Nice hotel. Reception and bar very nice looking area. Receptionists extremely helpful, good location. Room was a bit on the small side and overlooking a roof. Beer at bar was very expensive, even for Norway hotel standards. Free coffee in lobby, although coffee machine at breakfast service often had issues over the 3 nights. Overall a good place to stay while on business.

I have stayed here for a long duration (4 weeks in total). In my first week the room was tiny. Since I was mostly at work for the entire day I did not have a problem. For the other weeks, I had a bigger room.
However, there was a lot of noise in all my stays from other guests walking around in the corridors and from the road facing sides.
There is no mini bar or tea/coffee arrangement in the rooms. So you have to walk down to the reception and pay separately. The dinner is also limited to the same 3-4 dishes every single day. Also they don't serve dinner on Sundays, so go figure.
The only plus point is that it is closest to the Drammen train station. So if you are a tourist visiting for some days, it is fine.response / report this review -

Room size was ok but could have been bigger. I did not eat the breakfast. Bathroom sink was great. Good varying power levels and drained well. Must have been updated. Shower on the other hand was not. I feel that I cannot give 4 stars when the shower was weakish and was barely adjustable at all (except temperature which was fine). Bed was fine. Didn't have noise problems. Good location.

Lobby was very nice and roomy, decor was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfest was excellent. Rooms were a little small.

Our second stay, but will say that the first was better. This time when arriving at our room, everything was set up to be for one person. Went to the front desk and informed them, and got an extra set of towels, and they said they would bring an extra duvet later. That never came. Other than that the stay was good, and they have a great breakfast buffet.

Very Cosy with the Friendliest Staff. NO HIDDEN charges at all, they charge ypu what they ask for. There's coffee and so many other warm beverages available 24/7, on the house. Peacefully located near the nest parts of Drammen. Ask for room A601, located in the attic, stunning night views.

First, do not go to the town of Drammen on a weekend. Everything will be closed. Absolutely every plan we had here fell through.
Should have been more suspicious when the place seemed completely empty. This is basically a hostel with pretty meeting spaces and a big lobby downstairs.
Staff (of ONE) admitted when asked that the air conditioning was broken. Had to open windows and wait hours for it to cool down outside. Had to leave one open all night to be comfortable.
Mini fridge in the room doesn't keep things cold, it just adds heat to the already hot room.
As others have pointed out, the bathroom is a bad joke. The shower floods the whole floor because the idiots who built it decided that was fine.
There were exposed nail heads sticking out of the bathroom door frame, so have fun tearing your feet open on the way out of the shower.
At least the poor girl working here all alone bothered to warn us that breakfast would be intolerable until the massive Chinese tour groups were done around 9. We were able to pick something up for breakfast elsewhere since we had to catch our train before 9. I hope she can find a job somewhere else, because supporting a hotel full of disappointed guests by herself doesn't exactly seem fair.
