Good doctors but the administration stinks. The hospital is completely messed up.

I only had an eye infection, but since I don't have a permanent doctor in Oslo I had to go to the Legevakt.
The place and waiting time were O.K. but the doctor manage to write me a prescrition of ear drops insted of eye drops.. luckily, I had an observant pharmacist who spotted the mistake at the pharmacy (it wasn't a ordinary medicine, and my eyes were clearly red..). He tried to call the doctor just to be sure, but when they din't answer he just gave me the right medicine anyway (5 stars to him!).response / report this review -

they have very bad service, i take my wife to their as legevakt recommand us that she need drip of glucose because of much weakness , so we took taxi to their. They took much hours to make arrangements , we were suppose to stay their because my wife couldn't walk due to weakness but after multiple attempt to put injection in the arm by different sykepleier we asked them to bring someone who know how to do it, they were not good at all , and they said some bad comments too , we decided to go home without any further treatment, but even then they said you can't go accept you write that you wanted to go and dont want treatment , i wanted to write the reason why i dont want to stay but in that case i must to stay and face inexperience sykepleier making more holes in my wifes arms. I still have picture of her arm. i pay much tax for this service and humiliation ,
