Department store with large selection of high-end brands. Includes a spacious and recently refurbished restaurant with good quality food, as well as a cafe at the entrance. A good place for shopping.

Products: Expensive but good quality.
Restaurant: wouldn't recommend it.
Staff: I have experienced nothing but polite and helpful staff members so far.
Toilets: free of charge, regularly cleaned and they even have bottles of perfume near the sinks you can use.

Upmarket department store. Prime brands only, easily identifiable stands. Interesting discounts during the sales period. Beautiful art deco building, make the effort once to skip the escalators and take the wonderful wooden paneled staircase with huge stained glass windows.

Bijenkorf is a wonderful department store where they sell lots of luxury brands of clothing, perfume, kitchen supplies and interior furniture. There's some stores that have a store in store concept here like Skins Cosmetics and Nespresso. Really nice staff and always ready to answer your questions.

Store where the fast fashion is mixing with luxury fashion. Mostly crowded. Doesn't feel luxury at all.

The 4th floor has an excellent place to have some lunch or a time out. Though, the coffee can be better. The only thing I miss is a proper machine for a well extracted espresso. Like the one at the café on the 1st floor. Overall, great accommodation, nice place to purchase some decent products and great customer service.

Expecting high quality service in a luxury department store is logical, yet not found nor met whatsoever at the Bijenkorf. Really have never experienced this bad of a service, over and over again.

Honestly, the price I pay at this store is not worth my money, so lately if I wanted Levi Jeans or a Kenzo dress, I would just go to a different store so I know the service will be better.

bijenkorf, pay attention and hire a specialist because it is utterly ridiculous.

Big Bijenkorf with a large selection. Nice building as well, be sure to take the stairs at least once to admire the stained glass windows there.

They have improved their look, range and staff service. I went in recently and was pleased to see a revamped store. Great brands, really well presented, excellent staff, but Crazy prices! All the stuff can be bought online for much less. So perhaps people will go there to look at the items then buy the items at home?
