  Zeer vriendelijk en efficiënt geholpen. De medewerkers hebben service hoog in het vaandel staan. En het is allemaal uitstekend gestroomlijnd, waardoor je weinig tijd kwijt bent.

  We had a bad experience with Zitmaxx. Post my experience here to let people know what kind of problems you may face if you buy furniture from Zitmaxx.
  We actually had a good time at the shop. The salesman was helpful. We gave a very high score in a service survey from Zitmaxx.
  
  Nightmare starts from the delivery. We waited nearly 3 months, and received the call from Zitmaxx that all our products are ready to deliver and we agreeed on the delivery date. But due to their bad coordination or communication internally, firstly not all my products were ready at that moment, and secondly (which is t even worse) the delivery appointment I made with them was not recorderd at all in their system! This means Zitmaxx was not 'aware' they need to do the delivery untill I called them another 2 times.
  
  Above is about their bad coordination. Now let me say something about their products. There has been in total of 3 furniture delivered to our home so far. 2 out of 3 pieces of furniture are damaged when delivered. The coffee table is damaged so badly, it cannot even stand on the groud. The cabinet is slightly better, but still the backplate needs to be replaced and almost all the doors and drawers in the front need to be fixed.
  
  Above is about their bad quality of furniture. One last thing I want to complain is their bad (after sale)services. Zitmaxx told us a new coffee table needs to be orderred to replace the old damaged one. It is another 2-3 months delivery time. And they also need to order a new backplate to fix the cabinet. Backplate delivery time is about several weeks. Once the backplate is ready, Zitmaxx will come to give it a try to fix the cabinet. If the service man is not able to fix the cabinet, they will order a new cabinet but of course it will need another 2-3 months to deliver!
  
  So, if you will order something from Zitmaxx, you may face the same problems as me: made an appointment with Zitmaxx but they don't put it in their system; received the furniture but the majority is damaged; and in order to fix the quality issue they caused will mean you need to wait another 3 months (in total it may cost you half a year!)

  Great selection of furniture. Hidden in the middle of nowhere, but for sure worth visiting if you are looking for not very expensive, but stylish furniture.

  Excellent store for all the styles and preferences!! Very very helpful staff, polite, they dedicate time to you and they give honest feedback about the products. I have already bought many items last year and i am very satisfied with your quality. Keep it up Zitmaxx and please expand your stores to other European countries!!!! (even if we always like to visit The Netherlands)

  Large collection but too chaotic. It was impossible to get the attention of the sale people so we just left. Try to avoid weekends.
