What a bad hospital. I delivered here and had a bad expereince with the nursing staff, who left me 1 hour after delivery in a room with a bell that does not work so I could not contact a nurse if I needed something. They said they would check up on me frequently because the bell does not work but did not check up on me even once.
Also, on another occasion I needed to go to an emergency department with my baby and it took a very long waiting time because it was not a high priority medical problem. It's great that they prioritize and communicate the medical urgency of the probelm you're coming in with, but they should prioritize very small babies. During our stay there the nursing staff gave us wrong information.
Finally, I was supposed to be called back for an appoitment for furtehr diagnositcs for my daughter and was not called back. I tried calling myself and was on the phone for 30 minutes just waiting and being transferred from one department to another. Finally, they told me they would need to call me back so did not even have the appointment after all this waiting. Wehn I got angry at the whole situation, they only explain that they have no access to the informaiton, they don;t know who was supposed to call me, etc. which I find indicative of an organization which does not work well.
Note that these are just three of a list of other bad experiences I have had with this hospital.report this review -

Such a service minded place! I loved it! Everyone should deliver there. My midwife convinced me to go there and it was the best decision! In 1h I was a mum

My son was born at this hospital. We had top class assistance during the delivery and post-natal services. One of the best hospitals from Netherlands.

very fast service. nice people. but they totally misdiagnosed my healthy, growing baby as a miscarriage because they wouldn't listen to my concerns and symptoms and they refused to do an ultrasound. i spent days unnecessarily grieving with my family.

Very calm to be here, good atmosphere. Waiting lines so far have been short, waiting time is reasonable. Professional impression of the people working here.

From reception to the doctors and nurses, had nothing but the best attitude, kindness and professionalism. I had a small procedure, which was handled in a day. I would defintely recommend them and would like to thank to everyone who helped me out in these 2 days (nurses, anesthesiologist, assistants, doctors, receptionist etc.) for everything you have done for me. Much appreciated.

In and out with a broken arm, was back at work by 11:00. It was a quiet Monday morning, but I still found the service to be faster than what I have gotten used to in hospitals. Arms was still broken though ;)
