  Very clean. Friendly staff. Good location. Toilet and shower not in the room but in the hallway.

  This is the most lovely and affordable place to stay in downtown Nijmegen. The services is wonderful and the owner personally takes care of all guest. Plus, free wine

  We had a great stay here while attending a wedding. The room ( with a sauna) was large and really nice. It is the only room on that floor used by guests. There is a private toilet room and a separate bath room on the same floor just for your use. I loved the balcony as well! Also, Paul keeps the room stocked in snacks, wine, soups, and teas. He also offers free wifi. I would definitely stay here again.

  10 minute walk from train station, similar distance to city center. Lovely, spacious and clean room with very friendly and helpful staff.

  Superbly comfortable huge room. The owner has taken great care to provide breakfast, drinks and snacks in the room, as well as full maps and details for lots of recommended places in the town. So relaxing to be there we hardly wanted to go out for the evening!
