Staff at reception very helpful and friendly.
For as older people important: the bed. Excellent, good hotelbeds are getting scarcdr in this price range. Room OK.
And finally: we were late and ordered food: surprisingly well served and very tasty, which goes for the wine as well. Price/quality: 8.5/9
Will come back.

We had a reservation for a high wine. The reservation was missed, and we were redirected to hotel Erica across the street because they wereld overbooked. This can happen but it was not handled very nice and neat. The location of the hotel is very nice

If it were only the restaurant we would have graded it poor. If you stay in this hotel our advice is not to dine there. Service is ok but a smile on the face of the staff would be really nice. They give the feeling they're not happy. Reception desk staff was helpful; however, it would have been nice if they could have given more local info on the German side of the border since it's so close to Germany.
