What a setback - arrived 40 minutes late and were rude with my stuff!

Terrible - I 'accidentally' forgotten the appointment, so that I, together with fellow movers, waited 90 minutes. Phone calls, text messages and texts were ignored. Compensation for the parking costs of 2 cars at € 6 per hour nor the 1.5 hours for 2 movers at € 30 were reimbursed. Bizarre, absolutely not recommended!

Really a top company. We urgently needed a moving lift and they were there within 1 hour. And also super friendly and patient staff. I definitely recommend this company!
