This must be the ugliest building I have ever seen; both inside and outside. And the views are not much better. I wouldn't even use it as a prison location, let alone a hotel.

Spent only one night with the family. We had great experience. The room was fully renovated. It seems that they thought of all the small detailes. We ordered room service, and though it came very late, they decided not ti charge us. That's the way to do it. Breakfast was amazing as well. We strongly recommend!

Loved the rooms and sprawling balconies. Big area for bathroom. Tea/coffee kettle. Soft pillows and warm beds. Breakfast is awesome. Very nice hotel but 30 minutes away from Amsterdam city centre.response / report this review -

Fantastic hotel, close to Schiphol, minutes from the centre of Haarlem. The interior is done really well, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety and a lot of choice.

They have quite a strange layout for a hotel. First off, my taxi dropped me off at some entrance but it didn't lead to the lobby as you would expect. I had to ask around before going through some side elevator to get to the lobby. Then I was given a room that had me going through the restaurant, then to the back of what seemed like emergency stairs. My initial room was 2 floors down but no elevator. I had to drag 2 heavy luggages + 2 carry on with no help. This was the strangest hotel I've ever been to! So inconvenient and troublesome. To be fair, they assigned me to another room closer to upstairs, and they sent a guy to help me with my luggages when I checked out.

Positive: Good place to stay in Holland. Clean blankets and soft pillows. Awesome selection of breakfast. My favorites are sausages anf bacon and wide selection of cheese, juices, yogurt, cereals and grains. Negative: Room light is not enough-looks old, lack toiletries, rough towels, small bathing area.

This hotel is located in every nice area. You can reach anywhere with public transportation. Also parking lot is free to guests.
