I took a Room for 4 Persons and when I arrived in the room, the room was filled with scary insects, spiders and their webs all over the room. My family was so disappointed that we somehow manage to stay over night and next day I complaint to the OVP (Oostappen Vanaktiepark Prinsenmeer) reception and they took action on it. Next the people and families arriving in OVP were similar like 2008 British horror thriller film (Eden Lake) very bad attitude and their kids were just monster. I saw 2 small kids in the play area, those kids age must be 5 and 12 years. They were trying to bully my son. I saw them kicking my son and my son avoided them. But they kept following my son in all the play area and were trying to scare him throughout our weekend stay. Next I saw those same two kids spitting in the Fish pond and feeding their disgusting spit to innocent fish. And another family an Elder brother playing with his Tongue out and the small brother jumping to bite his elder brother's tongue. How disgusting. All in all my vacation was complete ruined between such people. I was just waiting to return back home safely with my family.

Mosquitoes seem to be a problem judging by all the bites we had. Check in after hours - 3pm - is a huge problem despite ringing to check. Despite what we were told there are no towels provided!! Having said that we had a great sized chalet and good kitchen area. Beds and pillows leave a lot to be desired..

Horrible, horrible, bunch of crooks! Every fart cost you extra, no wifi, houses just do not fall apart, but you might lose a doorknob or your frying pan handle. Worse of all, however, a refusal to call medical assistance in line with their own house-rules, after which an ambulance needed to come. First, lying about a doctor not wanting to visit the park (no doctor was called) then another story and a promise to look into the problem, then a blunt refusal to even talk to me and an almost violent accusation that I did not want to pay for my rental bike. This after you spend €500 on the park and stand the possibility of having to pay €385 insurance cost for the unwanted ambulance ride. Ridiculous criminals.

Prinsenmeer is a nice and attractive Vakantiepark for Family. Our Peelcharlet is a Junior Charlet. For a German Guest, we have no Information for our Language. But Staffmembers mostly speak or understand German. Our Charlet is clean but seems to be already used for many years. This style was also in our last vacation to Silverstrand in Belgium which is an other Vakantiepark of the Oostappen Group.
This second experience of a vacation was okay - if you accept a basic holiday. We think, with the right offer, we would visit a next one or this Park again.response / report this review -

Booked via Sports Tours UK (who still have not responded to my complaint after a week!). Appalling from arriving at the gate. Rude and unhelpful staff, filthy caravans which do not sleep 6.. they sleep 4 at best!
Facilities also really poor. Nearly a 2 hour wait for food, which when it came was inedible! Shops and restaurants open and shut when they feel like it.
Litter in the main areas that was not picked up for days, areas near the caravans completely unlit and unkept (was actually a health and safety risk).
No bedsheets or cleaning equipment in the caravans (which also had not been cleaned from the previous occupant!).
Avoid, if you have any sense!response / report this review
