Pretty good experience here. Arranged an appointment over the phone and got clear confirmation by email. The visit itself was a breeze.

Return visit after six months for the second part of the vaccination gave me a little surprise; an invoice to be paid immediately. However I am quite sure during my first visit I already paid for the extra shot part of the vaccination program, but unable to prove that.
