Lots of choice of frames, but staff were not very attentive when it appeared there was not going to be an expensive frame chosen.

Staff gave no instructions on using contact lenses nor provided solution/box, resulting in massive eye pain. When i went back because of this mistake next day they were entertained and made no official apology. Avoid this place, many other stores to choose.

Worst service, unfriendly personnel, pushy.
Had a horrible experience with one of the employees who was very rude and was giving us false information. I ended up cancelling my order and went elsewhere.response / report this review -

The employees where friendly, a bit pushy though, that wanted me to do a hearing test, but I guess it s just standard policy or something.
