Windmill tour staff was great but group was so large could not hear much of history information given outside of bus. Fish received with raw center at lunch place, did get apology from staff but full bill.

Absolutely useless over priced and would avoid like the plague.! Sold tickets to the dungeon.. told to be there after 6.. so we did. But it was closed and we were traveling home the next morning so couldn't go. We went back to where we brought the tickets only to be told it wasn't there problem! And to try standing in the rain outside the dungeon to sell the tickets our selves.! Disgusting customer service!!! AVOID!!!!!

This is the place to go when you book tours from 'Tours and Tickets'. Went on a windmill tour (Zaanse Schans and Volendam) with them. Guides were very helpful and friendly and overall a great experience! Recommend to book with them if you want to go on a tour in or out of Amsterdam.

Rude, unprofessional and very poorly organised.

I purchased 3 tickets for a combined tour that costed me 267 Euros (not a small amount). The first part of the tour was amazing and our guide Edgard did an outstanding job. The problem has been the second part. A guy from Tours&Tickets who coordinates de buses told us the bus will arrive in 10-15 minutes, but more than half an hour later there was no sign of the bus and the guy was missing. He finally showed up again and when I asked him about the bus, he was quite rude. We kept waiting, and when the bus arrived, the guy from Tours&Tickets made people board from the back of the bus rather than the front, hence the people who arrived later got priority to chose seat, over those who we were waiting for much longer. People of course were nervous because there was the risk of not having enough seats for everyone, and the Tours&Tickets guy told them that if they kept pushing he will start pushing them. Seriously? Wow! So professional When we finally started the the tour, the guide not only did not apology for the bad organisation, but that she even demanded my mom and I to shut up because she was talking without reading and therefore needed to focus. Really???? Does she struggle to talk without a script? Hahahaha! Well, considering that, the fact that she had an extremely annoying voice (painful to constantly hear her talking through the microphone) and her total lack of customer service skills, maybe she should not work as a guide Price and quality not well balanced. I wish I had not spent my money on Ticket&Tours!
