We stopped in on a Thursday, close to closing time. Mark was extremely helpful in getting us train tickets for Antwerp to Berlin, and Berlin to Prague. We couldn't have expected anything more from a travel agent.
When our Antwerp-Berlin train was turned back at the German border because of the storm in Berlin, we returned to Amsterdam to rework our plans. This time Robin sorted out our new schedule, booked us new round trip tickets to Rotterdam, rebooked our train trip to Berlin, booked us hotel rooms in Rotterdam and Berlin and called us a cab for the Central Station. We can't imagine better service. Both these gentlemen are outstanding travel agents and people. We would return to Amsterdam and do business with them in a heartbeat. 6 stars out of 5.response / report this review -

The amount of a headache caused from hours upon hours trying to figure this stuff out online and I find a place that helped my make my train reservations, print the tickets, and give solid advice on the routes was such a blessing! The guy who worked their, Robin really made things as easy and understandable as humanly possible. If you need travel help go to this place and if everyone there is at least half as helpful as Robin your time there will be immensely productive!
