  Great, carpet bought in June and it didn't look like it anymore in September!! Contacted, photos sent. Should choose a new dress and delivered within a week old brought new brought!! Respond quickly to the mail and are very friendly!! Top!!

  September 15, the carpet would be delivered to date, nothing delivered. Not reachable by phone mail not reachable arouses suspicion!!!!! Ordered via bol.com also try to contact them, will never order anything again here, don't recommend it to anyone.

  Delivery was perfect. No complaints about that. The quality of the carpet, on the other hand, is very disappointing! Glass of water spilled and not seen directly (cats). Carpet is completely warped, even now that it is completely dry.

  I first ordered rugs from this company through Bol. My order never arrived. Bol was sort of helpful, but I reached out to the company directly. Cutting to the chase, i ordered in the morning and had it same day! They went out of their way to make up for the previous issue that took a long time to resolve. Thank you and my 17yo dog says thank you too (he falls a lot and can’t get up on tile). Xoxoxo
