  its not easy to find a place to rent at Den Haag.
  I met the expat housing team who really took the time to listen to me , answer my calls and deal with "some " paperworks.

  Do not use this company.
  
  They claimed to know and have dealt with my last tenant and recommended him. They sang his praises.
  
  The tenant got 6 month's rent free after paying for 6 months.
  
  I got a destroyed washing machine, tumble dryer, bed, cooker and kitchen sink, damaged (newly lacquered) floors and lawyers and bailiffs bills.
  
  I couldn't get back due to Covid.
  It was all very stressful.
  
  I can back this up with court case number and condition reports.

  I'm writing this review to recognize Gé Muhring for his responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness. He was very helpful and considerate during our viewing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and saw all of our options while searching for a home. Thank you Ge!!!!

  We rented our house out via expat housing and were mainly in contact with Mr van der Leijke and Mr Muring. At first they claim personalized service, quick response to emails and a service to support the new tenants. The also claim a background check, guarantees arranged by them by the employer of the tenant and solid follow-up. They claim a check-in/check-out. At first service is very good and calls/emails are answered promptly. But as soon as we were abroad this ended and in general we had to wait for around 1-2wks before they answered our calls/email. Such a shame when you trust somebody with your house and pay them for services they do not provide. Especially, when you are abroad and it is so difficult to arrange things from such a distance.
  - response to emails: very bad, slow and careless
  - service: very bad, not trustworthy and careless. They did not pay our deposit back!!!!
  - background check: they do NOT do that
  - check in/out: not according to legal rules, be VERY carefull with them if you decide to work with them. Take you own pictures
  - deposit: they did not pay it back (see other reviews, same problem).
  - extra service for tenants: they do NOT cover them and in the end you are left with a huge problem.
  
  Overall rating: VERY BAD
  If we had known this in advance we would never have rented out our house with Expat Housing.
