Very friendly place, hotel manager was more than willing to meet eye to eye and keep customer satisfaction. Food on the other hand is very pricey and not very pleasing our tasteful. Laundry is very expensive as well. Make use of the washers and dryer across the road is recommended as to comparing passing 12 Euros at BP or passing about €60 for a single load of laundry. Over all very satisfied, Wi-Fi is good and there is a way to connect a ps4 to the Wi-Fi.

Though the room was clean I was very disappointed with the food selection at breakfast and even more for dinner. The vegan - non dairy, no meat selection at breakfast was limited to plain toast and baked beans. At dinner I was pretty sad to see the unwillingness of our waiter to even check on possibility for me to get some proper dinner. At the end I was offered plain green leaves salad with a few pepper slices and the potato chips I have ordered to at least get something were forgotten. For a place with international visitors on daily bases, their offer should at least include some possibility to accommodate more green choices.

Good location for Europoort. Rooms good size and comfortable. Interesting 70s style decor. Good selection for breakfast.

Tidy room, super comfortable bed. The personel was also very nice, but the lobby and rooms looked a bit outdated.
