Decent facilities when it comes to the separate rooms. Pretty safe lockers for the guests living in dorms. Has shared showers for all though, which might be a turn off for some. Breakfast is decent, but prices aren't that great if you have to pay separately from your room. Staff aren't that great.

It's a budget hostel but it's clean. The location is really good and close to the main streets.

I haven't spent much time there, I only sat inside to wait on my friends for about 10 minutes. The staff is nice though.

Decent hostel. Unfortunately it seems to be the only real hostel choice in Groningen, but the prices are good. You can choose between a room or a dorm bed. They have lockers for your stuff. The relative location of the hostel is okay. It's certainly not in the center, but it could have been further. I was able to walk most places.

All you can expect from the cheapest hotel solution in Groningen. General atmosphere is good, cool inside sharing space, and outdoors terrace. Clean bathroom and showers are a big plus

One night stay in 3 bed room "B". It was basic but clean. Choice of two temperatures in the room either cold or tropical as the radiator was either off or on full blast.
Unfortunately walls are thin and when our noisy neighbours in room A went in and out in couldn't be done without slamming their door which at 4am is a tad annoying!
On the plus side wifi was good, staff helpful and food and drink reasonably priced although breakfast is very basic.
