  I had indicated that I would prefer to have the flue cleaned from above. the gentleman probably didn't feel like going up to the roof to pierce the crow's nest from above so that I could keep a good container underneath so my living room wouldn't get dusty.
  
  So now I paid 55 euros in hand in cash and a centimeter of dust through the living room.
  When I indicated again afterwards that I would rather have done it from above, the gentleman came up with all kinds of gossip that it probably couldn't have turned out well.
  
  Nor did the gentleman discuss the matter beforehand that it would probably give.
  End of the day and no more sense. Clear.
  
  It's definitely not going to happen to me anymore.
  
  Would rather have paid 100 euros if he had gone on the roof. So now he can get on the roof too.

  Neat and expertly executed by Braat. They arrived a little later than agreed, but the chimney sweep had a busy day and was racing against the clock. First we gave a nice cup of coffee, then we did an excellent job and we can heat it for a year.
