Broken window replaced by glas.nl. Appointments go like "we come between 10 and 12", then they arrive at 9 or call at 11:50 that its tomorrow or 12:30 or so. At asking why the old window broke, its "no one can tell, but for sure not the fault of the factory or the installer". New glas went in with zero distance to wood on top, it must be a big coincidence that it broke in the summerheat exactly at that point. Turns out the new glas is also the cheaper version of what was before, asked for and offered/billed. At best HR+ and for sure not HR++. There seems to be no way to verify which you get, the codes inside the glas don't say HR, just 3.0 but thats hopefully not the U value. The professional tells me that plain double glass has only 3 flames when you hold a lighter to it. The new one has 4 equal flames, so it must be HR+. Garantie is said on the offer as 15 years for installation, but the installateur say only 10 years for factory mistakes. I didn't expect such amateurism from a seemingly big company as this, and certainly not for the defty price. Be careful!

The worssssttttt1 week to set an initial call, 1 more week for them to visit you to measure the windowand 3-4 weeks to instal a single simple glass in your window.I dont recommend this company, really terrible service and very lazy management.
