Even a small bathroom can become a beautiful spa! Friendly, no aggressive sales (where many sanitary matters can take an example ..), relaxed atmosphere, good advice and not unimportant: beautiful materials at reasonable prices and professional installation! Highly recommended!!

Tough story. Marcel is an incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and thinking installer who now sells bathrooms based on the idea that 'I can do that and better'. He has a clear feeling for the product, goes for 'good' and is averse to 'more expensive is better'.

After the purchase it turned out that everyone has their own limitations. And Marcel is not really a planner and organizer. That led to a lot of awkward moments for us and the installer Jos hired by Marcel - who did a fantastic job by the way!

Unfortunately, during the setbacks, Marcel found it difficult to control (let alone keep) control over the installation process. Not that he (certainly initially) did not do his best, by the way.

In addition, he had failed to tell us that we had to paint the suspended ceiling ourselves and that there would still be a separate bill for installing boards in a towel cabinet. It turned out that just too few tiles had been ordered for the toilet on the ground floor. Mmmm

Whether it was out of embarrassment or out of irritation (we were pretty upset at the end of the process and had become businesslike), I don't know, but it never happened after a final delivery of the excellent bathroom and toilet. Instead, we received the last invoice by email.

If you learn from this, Marcel, you will probably be fine! The intention is there

Sanizo has placed two bathrooms in our house in Utrecht and that went very well (hence the review). Because Marcel van Sanizo has installed their own bathrooms, they know what they are talking about. In the showroom also some items that I did not see elsewhere, such as a tornado flush toilet from the Japanese Toto and a shower wall with a special anti-calc coating. The price / quality ratio is okay and sharp right from the start. They also work together with an excellent set of local installers.
