Ordered a mirror. It was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 weeks. No update for 6 weeks. Sent an email and I was promised for the week of 23/06. Promise not kept again. Had another month of delay, it will be delivered on 20/07. Took more than 10 weeks in total, with 2 deadlines missed.

I would rate Sanitair Winkel as 0 stars if it was possible. They made a complete and utter mess of our orders. Late deliveries, missing items, no notification of delays, broken items being shipped with no replacement offered!! 2 months later nothing is solved yet…

Really good experience at the Amsterdam show room with Robert. He took us through every detail of our bathroom and we found the prices her very competitive for somewhere so close to the city. Excited for when our bathroom arrives! thank you so much

Great option to pick up things for the washroom. They have a range of accessories and bathroom ware. The website was easy to navigate and order from. I visited the store to pick up the BlueDiscs. The prices were the best I could find online after lots of research. I would recommend this place for sure. The staff are also very friendly both in person and on customer service.
