Fantastic hip hotel in a trendy part of Amsterdam. Great decor and lovely rooms. Would always be my first choice for a return visit. Lots of tasty bars and restaurants nearby and the ones in the hotel all well worth a try.

Funky little hotel. Interesting decor and staff where very helpful. Very few rooms have windows to the outside but otherwise the rooms are well presented and clean.

Hotel De Hallen is one of my favorite meeting places. Chic and modern interrior spaces that are at the spacious and private. If the weather is forgiving the terrace is rather good as well

The staff were professional and very friendly, and they knew how to make me feel special on my birthday! The rooms were exactly what we were hoping for, comfortable beds, clean and an overall modern style that just made you feel relaxed. Very interesting hotel, situated in a renovated tram station. The foodhallen next door was perfect for a few delicious bites, before exploring the city. Quiet area, but still very easy to walk around to the different siteseeing places.

This hotel is ok. When I stayed here there wasn't any power in half of Amsterdam. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate.

Great terrace and very friendly staff. We had the cheese platter from the famous Kef cheese shop. Out of this world, amazing. Great beer on the taps

The staff is lovely and the rooms are so nice! Make sure to try the breakfast at least once! Close to good eats at the Food Hallen. Nice area that is more residential than tourist which makes it nice and quiet. Easy access to the tram though to get you into the center of town quickly. Worth every cent.

Stayed for 2 nights and will choose it again if visit Amsterdam again. Great location and beautiful decoration. Btw the bed is comfortable.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly staff, and great location. I stayed here for business and it was good. It looks exactly as it appears in photos with beautiful decorations. The food in the restaurant is also very good.

If you are sensitive to noise, I would suggest the 2nd floor so you do not hear the guests above. Also note that the first floor does not have windows (if this is something you care about). Also certain rooms have a layout where the bathrooms are part of the room which would not work well for friends or co-workers who are uncomfortable seeing each other get ready.

This is a very new, modern hotel well situated in the Old-West area of Amsterdam. It's within walking distance (or easy tram ride) from the major museums and trams go regularly to Central, Sloterdijk and Amstel stations. The day I was there was bright and sunny and it was very pleasant to sit outside having a drink with friends. Everything in my room was excellent, and the bed very comfortable. The staff were also extremely helpful. This is probably the best value for money hotel I've stayed in for a very long time.

Good location. Food mall type of place right around the corner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, no windows though. Bathroom was big, very nice.
