The staff here were rude and unreasonable. When we check in, they did not mention the room is non-smoking and did not mention any penalty of smoking. They just came up to the room and asked for 250 euros cleaning fee without any notice. And they did not listen our reason but just being rude to us. If they tell me in advance, I accept the penalty however they DID NOT! Staff even threatened us if we did not pay we would have to get out of their hotel. I will not stay in this hotel again. Disappointed.

Absolutely the worst service ever! Most of the staff spoke with an unfriendly tone, and impolite attitude. Their computer systems was down and made checkin check out reservation process a total nightmare. They were unable to answer any questions and used the excuse of the server down for everything. Seems like a business hotel and very unfriendly to family customers. I found one nice waitress at the breakfast buffet, she was helpful and polite, but the front desk and counter were horrible hosts! Will never stay here or this brand again. I advise to Learn some hospitality service!!

Clean and quite, but a little clinical and can have a cold reception at times. Overall good visit and I will go back.

This hotel is mostly focussed on business. This can be derived from its location and the many meeting rooms available. Hotel room is modern and quite spacious, although the bathroom is on the small side. Room is clean and has a well functioning air-con. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but can improve on setting their priorities.
