The man who works here is very nice and explains a lot of information. There are a lot of pianos in there and a lots of brands. It looks small on the outside but trust me it's pretty big! I highly recommend this place!!

There were some problems with the delivery, but the friendly staff helped solve them. Very happy with the instrument!

Customer service is a disaster. Ordered a piano 3 weeks ago. They promised 5-7 days delivery time. Called them, the story changed to 5-11 days but still had no clue when the piano comes. Called again and then again. Still no clue. The one answering the phone seems surprised I am talking about pianos, she is always confused, she can never trace the order on the phone, it is always another colleague (who happens to be absent) dealing with it, they need to call me back. They call back to tell me they will call back when they know more. Three weeks later still no piano and still no clue about what's going on. I wonder if it will ever come. In any case, I would not recommend this store.

Before I had problem with their client service. because of no action, when I called them for few times. However, I went to their shop, they solved the problem in very positive way. The manager is very nice guy. I am very satisfied with his service.
