  I was struggling with the quick passages and trills of some classical pieces that I couldn't play well because my grand piano was too lightly touched and didn't have a proper resistance. When I happened to drop by Bol Piano's & Vleugels in Amsterdam looking for some clue or advice, I was immediately referred to Mr. Popov. When he first visited me, he listened seriously to my worries and proposed a full-scale regulation for the action of my piano. He took my action back to his atelier, and over the course of two days, he executed an intensive and complete amelioration onto it. After setting the reborn action back to my piano, he rounded off his thorough work with a careful final adjustment, fine tuning and brilliant voicing. I am very happy with my beautifully reborn instrument with which I can now play much more flexibly and freely. Also I have realized that a piano not only requires regular tuning activities but it is also essential for an occasional regulation and voicing to be done when it comes to its sustainable optimal condition. Mr. Popov is a real professional with advanced expertise and years of experience.
