On the way in Groningen we had already passed Pedro boats when the starter battery died with a loud bang. After taking all the necessary measures and having recovered from the shock, the question arose: where do you get a new battery so quickly. After some wandering on the internet we found Pedro willing to deliver a battery to us (we had been towed by a passing yacht skipper to a safe and accessible berth).
Within a few hours we were able to continue sailing thanks to this extremely friendly and professional service.
Nothing but praise for these very customer-friendly professionals.

We have bought and sold a number of boats in recent years, but have never had such a bad experience as with Pedro Boat's yacht agency.
After half a year of unsuccessful mediation, we wanted to end the contract and bring the boat back to Germany. Oddly enough, suddenly there were serious buyers who wanted to buy the boat.
With this message, however, the problems started. Instead of handing over the proper purchase contract, which is concluded on behalf of the customer, the Pedro company apparently does not even have a right to the name and address of the buyer. It is not possible to verify the buyer or to check the quality agreements in the contract as a seller. In addition, the handover date will be communicated. This appointment was carried out despite the agreement that the boat may only be handed over to the buyer if the seller received the money in good time. So far we have been waiting in vain for the money.
Finally, it remains to be said that this whole "service" comes with the highest commission on the market, in my experience.
For us, any basis for trust in the Pedro Boat company has been removed.response / report this review -
