Unfriendly staff and the neighbouring rooms were being renovated so noisy. Has a small sauna which is free to use.

Beautiful architecture and area. But bathroom equipment was so old, Internet could not be used in the balcony during the breakfast and the hotel is far from any restaurant and cafe.

Nice and well organized hotel but bed was terrible.. I couldn't sleep.. Reception staff was not really friendly.. Probably not again paying for same service..

Friendly staff. We received a welcome drink after we checked in. They have a storage within the hotel where you can store your bike upon request. The Hotel halls feel en look old/outdated, our room on the other hand was renovated not to long ago. Everything is clean. The room was pretty small, but enough space for us. Nice bathroom with a separate bath and shower.
Free entrance to the spa facilities which includes a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. The pool and certainly the jacuzzi could be a little warmer to our taste.
Breakfast was extensive and good in a renovated breakfast hall with a nice view of the town. We had to pay for 2 nights parking which is normal in Valkenburg.

We stayed at the dependance Villa Valkenburg, beautiful room with spacious bathroom. Nice breakfast in the next building.

Nice hotel, friendly service, very central location with good parking facilities. It has a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna area, which weren't too busy when we were there. Really nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean and tidy. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Location is short walk from the town centre refurbished room excellent good staff and good food a few niceties missing extra towels for swimming pool and some toiletries would have been nice. Overall excellent

Unfortunately, we chose to visit this hotel on one of the hottest days of the year. Check-in took over 20 minutes (because our room wasn't clean even though it was 4 in the aftwenoon) which was initially frustrating since we purchased and squared everything away online days before our visit. When we got to the hotel room, we discovered that the air conditioner was barely functioning and that it could only blow warm air. We called reception for a fan only to discover all the fans the hotel owned had already been given out. This led to a very uncomfortable room, so uncomfortable in fact, that we considered checking out and driving the three hours home because the room was simply unlivable.
