In my honest opinion, completely worthless. The room we got at first as in a very sorry state. Fungus on the walls and ceiling at the shower. It is an old farm so the floors can be a bit crooked. But in that room the difference was a few percent from left to right. You would roll out of your bed at night.
So we asked for a other room, which we got without much trouble. But the room we got was not that much of an improvement. It was way smaller, not worth the money we paid. The bathroom has the tendency to flood.
Be very careful with hot water btw because if you touch the handle and move it 2mm the wrong way the water will become scalding. I got a minor burn from this.
Hopefully breakfast will be the best thing since sliced bread. But it probably won't be. You can really understand how the owner was able to pay for that new Maserati outside. That money is definitely not spent on maintenance.
Only book this hotel if everything is booked, or when you love horrible experiences.response / report this review -

Good place to Relax, nice vieuws over a small lake lot of walking routes. Good rooms. A shame the Bar Closes at 10 pm

There for a family dinner. Tableware and glassware were not entirely clean. The scenery and room we were seated in looked nice and inviting. Food and service were good

Extremely noisy environment: for the entire evening there were nothing but huge noise, loud music, crazy large group of party people shouting in the courtyard of the hotel. What even made it better was, all these happened not in the day time but at 01:00 AM. Extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. The noise level reached 87 db as measured at mid night. Apparently the hotel was hosting all the evening to mid-night parties just outside your window, to make extra money for their own but it looks they don't care about other regular guests at all.
If you pay your hotel in purpose of listening noise and music at mid night (theirs choice is a little low though), then this place is your best choice. But if you pay your pricy hotel for a 'luxury' wish of being able to fall asleep as a normal human being at a time that everyone should sleep, it's better to think about choose another hotel in this area.
Ah almost forget the wifi in your room couldn't be better any more - it only took me 3 min just to load the address of this hotel in google map (so that I can leave this comment).response / report this review -

We booked this through Groupon. On arrival the welcome was not exactly warm. We checked into our rooms. Smaller than expected. We had a 5 course dinner which was amazing. Excellent food. Exactly the right portions. Servings timed to perfection. The young waiter was super, prompt & friendly. Knew about the meals he was serving. Despite the small rooms well worth a visit.
