They didn’t even appear. I called the company several times without response. I had to take an Uber and was about to lose my flight due to their unprofessional actions .

The next day I called again to the company and they simply said they forgot, not a simple sorry.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

They forgot to take child seats with them (although I ordered) and gave me no solutions for that. Indeed they even proposed to travel without seats not caring for the protection of the kids. My advice: Stay away of this company

Exceptionally good experience! Our driver was waiting for us late in the night. Flight delay, luggage delay, baby on board he did not complain for a second. Instead we’ve experiences a service I will never forget! He showed excellent driving skills, making every break or turn very smooth. He helped us with the luggage all the way to the hall and even opened the house door for us. What is absolutely outstanding!!!! Next night he delivered the forgotten in the car bankpass. All without giving us a chance to tip extra.

Reserved a cab a few hours before getting into the plane (online) and got the confirmation within 30 minutes or so. Had a text message as soon as I landed what the drivers licence plate was and where he was waiting.

Driver was friendly and polite, drove nicely as well. So the whole experience was great 5/5 etc.

Minor points to improvement:
- I did mention a child seat in the notes when reservering, but in the confirmation they didn't talk about it nor did the car have it (not a big deal since it was only a 15m ride, otherwise I would have called to confirm one)
- A fixed price is great, but they should consider different prices for different parts of the Hague (like some other companies do) when traveling from Rotterdam Airport. Now my price was relatively high, I would have paid less if the driver had to drive 10 minutes further. But hey, you know what you agree to.

Would book again.

Very disappointed in their customer care service. Had a situation abroad due to my flight cancellation. I emailed them to update my reservation. I received a bunch of emails asking for details which I provided. At the end they ignored me because my flight was planned to land at 4 am.
