I've never entered an LV-store, nor do I intend to. I have, however, read the reviews here. Please, dear people, do realize that the salespeople at this LV store seem to be arrogant pieces of ****, who laugh at you after you leave the store. They know you saved months to buy a stupid shoe, and in no way does this command their respect (and rightfully so).

Nice store but limited space for a touristic city as Amsterdam. It is always busy from the opening time to the end. Avoid lunch hours until 2 pm. Always love the window display if I pass by

Met the worst LV staff ever! The bald man with glasses.. very surprise.. i was looking for mens bag, had waited several minutes there is no one serve in mens area, walked to see the bag closer there are no price tag , and from beside me finally that staff come in,before i can say a word, surprisingly he spoke to me in high tone " hey, i need u to get off the bag".
Huh? Then i answer , hey i've been waiting but nobody is here, how much is this bag? But that bald staff didnt reply me, and directly go to other customers..
Wow!! What attitude was that? Is customer forbidden to touch the bag?since when? While another ppl randomly touch and try on the bag..
I really had a worst experience with this store
Far to compare with LV store in Paris or Swiss, they are really2 good ,kind and professionals..
Really shock how could that staff with that manner could treat customers
Thankyou for made my bad mood and didnt want the Lv bags again!

Surprisingly uninterested in serving people who are trying to spend a chunk of money with them. When you're abroad and looking to treat someone with a gift it's not the service you'd expect. Went elsewhere.

Service is bad, waiting for almost 45 minutes and even no one of staff asking if someone already serve or not. Very different with LV other countries that we have visit such as Paris, Barcelona, Milan even Asia in Singapore.

Terrible customer service for such high end brand. Walking in the store and being asked impolitely about their waiting policy at the door. Trying to ask an employee about the price of an item, she didn't bother to really listen, right away replied "you need to make an appointment and wait till your turn". Really? Just to know the price?

I suggest the staff team watches 'Pretty Woman', it teaches you not to judge a book by it's cover. I find it very interesting how high end brand sales associates treat you when you walk in the store after work or when you have a designer bag on you arm. There shouldnt be any difference. Same goes for Gucci at the Bijenkorf. I'd rather spend my money somewhere where I'm appreciated as a costumer.. And besides that, those who have to save a long time to finally get to buy their designer item should be treated even more nicely than the ones who would buy it anyway because they're super wealthy.

Just fire all the staff already! I've been to many places (Bond st. , Paris etc.) and this store is not worthy of the LV name whatsoever! I tried to buy a keepall 55 and the STUPID sales associate told me there isn't a 55 size and that they are not being made Really?! Like Really?! How the hell did she ever get allowed to even speak to customers.

Please fire ALL the staff and get some real employees that know their stuff because when a client has to explain something to the employee isn't that just embarrassing!

I had a very unpleasant experience on the evening of the 15th of December. I entered the shop with my husband looking for presents for employees and for my brother, and as we entered the shop a lady at the entrance blocked us asking what we were looking for and stopped us. I said what we were looking for and she replied in a very unuseful way, then she politely indicated us the door, without suggesting anything else. I might have not been perfect as many women that go to that shop, but as many working women (I am a Pharma industry Director), I have all the reason to appear tired after hours of work. I have 5 LV bags ( one I was even carring today) but lukily none of them bought in this shop. I have never been treated like this in a shop, neither where I was a PhD Student with no fancy coats and bags. Today they lost two clients.
