Make use of people who have little or no knowledge. No observation was made before leveling, which resulted in poor leveling. Herringbone fine laid finish baseboards awful. Trying to pass bad workmanship and incorrect information from the site to the customer. Chosen to do the finishing itself because it looks 10x better

We are very pleased with how we have been helped to purchase the laminate for our living room. Fair advice on price / quality. Finally opted for quickstep laminate.
The laying is also done neatly. Friendly people with an eye for detail.
