A great place for studying. It's super quite here and free to study/get in. Food is not allowed, you have to leave it in a locker so this means there wont be anyone eating next to you. Only thing which could be better are the opening hours, i t opens quite late.

It has an excellent collection
If you get the membership you can get access to various online data bases such as EBSCO or online EBook library
It's also a perfect place to study. Unlike the central library of the Hague, people come there for a purpose. That mainly because a membership card is needed. There are two types of cards
Study or a year card
Study card is free
And year card is 15 euro per year then u get access to library's collection
