It was ok. Very scarce sign posts made finding a way anywhere difficult. Map of the park 2 euros. Otherwise walking is pot luck. A couple of children's fair ground rides. Very mediocre play grounds. Not many toilets (or maybe we didn't find them?) Large avery and tropic house. Juxa position of tiny cages for lions and tiger.

Very interesting place for family, especially for children. Children can learn about animals. And also culture from the replica building from so many countries.

Versatile park, zoo, gardens, and also stuff like a roundabout and in parts you are very near the animals. Maintenance could be a bit better, about 8 years ago the park was in a better state if you ask me

Perfect place for a day out with family and friends. Beautifully preserved nature and fun attractions for kids. Love thier restaurant aswell, friendly customer service and affordable price. Been there so many times and still looking forward to go there more often. The kids love it and so do the parents 😊

Very interesting place. A cool park to walk and to see some animals like tigers and lions or even lemurs. There are also lots of birds and other attractions like carousel or kids playgrounds.

You can definitely spend your day here and not regret a thing. 5 stars.

A very beautiful place. We visited in the winter yet it was still nice and fun. Consider a visit to this place even in winter because the greenhouses are warm and it's a good option for a healthy day trip.

Beautiful huge Park with collection of Birds and other animals. They also have theme Park such as Japanese, Chinese and Greek Garden,.e.t.c. You need a day to watch everything and good part there is a lot for kids of all ages. Entry charges are not expensive. Parking is easy.

Rude attitude of staff towards us when we were collecting the pass for season tickets. We could not find the entry tickets when leaving, but had the receipt for paying (pay when entering and pick up the season ticket card with picture when leaving). They would not give us the season ticket-cards since they needed the entry ticket for validation. Despite me showing the receipt and asked them to search for the registration that we made when paying for season pass when entering the park (name, address etc.) or just look for our pictures that were on the prepared cards they had laying on the table, they did no effort to find a solution so that we could get what we had payed for. They were rude and talking down to me. I asked for the manager and when he arrived the two women staff claimed that I had been shouting at them.
The whole thing just became too stupid, so I told them to shred our season tickets (that they gave us just before the manager arrived). We have no use for them since we are never going back.

Worst kind of customer treatment I have experienced.

The park itself is rather dirty and not much maintenance. However the kids (1 and 3) enjoyed it.

Very nice gardens and an interesting 3-4 hours walking around, but it is quite expensive to visit. (€18) per adult. It's also looking very tired in places and could really do with some paint and tidying up. Whilst I have nothing in particular against zoo's some of the enclosures looked a little too small for the animals and some of them looked rather sad. Would I visit again? Maybe.
