They don't know how to clean a camera! You can't get hold of them over the phone and they're very slow. A year later and still nothing improved. I'm never ever coming here again. They don't have any system in helping customers and be prepared to stay here waiting for a long time.

I was doubting about an upgrade, got the exact advice you'd hope for, which was that a second hand camera would be better for my budget.
The gentleman behind the counter didn't push for a sell, which made the advice genuine :-)

The website explicitly states that they can make Canadian passport photos. I went the official specs in-hand, had the photos made and afterwards was told that they could not cut the photos to the necessary dimensions. Although they were still happy to charge me for the photos :-/

Best customer (even non customer) service ever , my charger broke and they didn't have one in stock so he gave me a battery and charged mine in the meantime top notch all the way.couldn't be better they also have a great selection

Don't go here to exchange your (in perfect shape) equipment for new equipment. Came here to buy a Sigma 24mm 1.4 with additional payment by exchanging my Nikon 12-24mm (3-4 years old) with all certificates and in perfect shape, and they were only able to give me €150 euro for it. They have these lenses on their website for €849(!) euros.
