I had IPL for 6 times now, still having many hairs. It doesn't really work. The staffs vary much. Few has smiles, most of them are cold. What can I say, that's how much I paid for

Ipl treatment without result. It's dirty, towels are not changed between customers, nothing desinfected, poor service. I won't be back. Don't be fooled by the cheap price and by 'you can come back until it's all removed'. You have to come back for years! It's fraud!

I love the new location. So airy, bright and clean. Service is beautiful. I like this place for pedicures because the tools are guaranteed sterilized. My beautician was awesome at diagnosing the right treatment for my skin, I will be going back regularly.

Unfotunatley they seem to have lost their personal touch and i've usually had to wait ages (30 mins) to get my appointments (massage, facial or IPL), that's if I can ever find a convenient time-slot to book an appointment, as they're ever so busy now due to the "successful IPL deals".
I was a long time customer, and had recommended many friends/colleagues, but not any more. I won't go back anymore.
Girls are less friendly and more busy as they have grown due to the IPL business. Shame.response / report this review -

I started IPL treatment here about 2 years ago. Things were ok at first (the employees at least explained things to you and asked how the treatment was going), but the times I've been there in the last year have been horrible. They seem to overbook their time slots, so it's super busy and you get helped on a first-come-first-served basis instead of by what time you actually have an appointment. I've arrived early for my appt, but had to wait over 30 mins for a 2 min treatment. So many people were waiting that some people had to stand in the cramped waiting area. They stopped giving me glasses to protect my eyes long ago and they don't wear any themselves, which doesn't seem like a safe practice. After 12 treatments, I saw medium results, but it seemed I still had a long way to go. They are stopping with being open on Thursday evenings, which will make it harder to find a time to make an appointment.

The only plus point is location wise convenient and price wise ok - if you got yourself a groupon. It is always super busy and can never get any reasonable appointment time within 2 weeks. The other day I had to call to cancel/reschedule an appointment, the staff said :"I can't help you to reschedule it - it's too busy here, you have to go online."
Plus the IPL treatment is not really working.response / report this review -

Been here multiple times now. Purchased the ipl package, they are allways 20-30 mins late , they never appologize and dont really care about their customers. Give false advice about treatments to cover their own mistakes . And not the cleanest place , last time I could definitely tell that the towel was not a fresh new one and they throw the ipl heads straight back into the drawer even after ipl of the private parts. I really regret purchasing my package here and they will not refund . I really don't recommend this place at all .

The treatment was good but it was extremely busy there. The atmosphere therefor was more stressed than relaxing. Also, the walls were so thin you could hear people in the other rooms chatting which was quite annoying.

UPDATE 21/2/17-- I've been here before with a Groupon for a facial. It went really well and was nice. However, recently I came here with a Groupon for a massage. This is not the place to go for massages. I booked two appointments for my husband and me, but I asked for two separate rooms 'cause I enjoy having a massage solo. They put us together. Our appointment was for 17:00. We didn't get into the room until about 17:07, and by the time we undressed, we started our massage at 17:10. The massage was over by 17:25, and when I asked why the massage wasn't 30 minutes, they said it's to include administrative time like undressing/dressing and filling out information in the system. So I paid €20 for a 30 minute shoulder massage Groupon and really only got massaged for €15. It's not worth it as there are Asian massage places that'll give you an hour massage for €40! Also, the massage was more of a somewhat pressurized rub than an actual massage. Massages here are like a 1-2 star. Facials are about a 4 star.
Old Review: I got a facial here that was really nice. The employee was very soft spoken and explained what she was doing with my face. She also told me what type of skin I had and informed me how to take care of it. (I got a facial because of a groupon).response / report this review -

The staff is nice, but they're not all as equally hygienic, some of the girls use glasses when IPL treatment and they will give you a pair as well, some of them don't, which is weird.
