Group TMA analysis done.
Through good guidance and by indicating that a low score about a character trait says nothing else about you as a person, than that it is less present with you. The analysis makes it possible to gain insight into what actions / environment give you energy, costs or are neutral.
Because of the casual atmosphere / explanation everyone in the group has shared their score. Partly because of the sharing of this data, certain group processes can now be better explained, but more understanding has also been achieved.
