  Booked a taxi and it never showed up even though I had received confirmation. Tried calling the number in the confirmation email and it doesn't even exist. Had a flight to catch so this was very stressful.

  Booked a taxi for 5 people to defqon 1 festival great service would highly recommend. Driver was on time and even waited patiently as we were running a bit late.

  the taxi NEVER SHOWED and we have now MISSED OUR TRAIN. In addition, after speaking to someone they said they would have the taxi driver call us and he never did so we tried calling back and they blocked our number. My family and I are in complete shock. Watch out!!

  I scheduled a pickup at 4:45 am and was not sure if taxi will arrive on time. He arrived on time and is very professional. Got to the airport in 20 minutes.
  
  Will definitely use again next Time I am in Amsterdam.

  The worst taxi company ever. It is all about the money with this company. They don’t care about the service. Once you complain about the service and write a review. They always say “WE CAN’T FIND YOUR BOOKING IN OUR SYSTEM”
  
  You see what kind of company that is.

  Bad Review = they don’t know you

  I am located in France and had to booked a cab for a business trip in Amsterdam for 3 customers. I did it only few days in advance.
  Everything was just great. It's easy to book and pay online, then you receive an email confirmation and a dedicate contact just in case.
  I had to contact mine for some internal issue. She was very pro active and quick to answer.
  On top, car was clean and confortable.
  I highly recommend this compagny
