I don't know whether to love the convenience or hate this flagship of consumerism. The kids love the cheap hotdogs but is that enough to make up for the part of my soul this place took?? 🤔

Not sure what to say that's not already known of IKEA: service is top notch! When you're relaxed and friendly the interactions with the staff is perfect. If you're all stressed out, they'll still do their best to help.
The layout is always changing, i.e. it's being made more and more appealing and full of new things and uses of their furniture.

Has a wide range of products, at reasonable prices. The quality seems to have improved remarkably in the past years.

It's parking is huge and FREE! They have all kinds from furniture, beds to dinnerware and plants. Meals in restaurant are super cheap.

A good but limited collection. Everything is of a standard size. However, an affordable version of every type of furniture, cookware, linen etc. is always on the shelf. The new parking is great!

Wonderful customer service. They helped us choose several pieces of furniture and these were promptly delivered to our house the following day. I had forgotten my order receipt at the store, and staff were kind enough to mail this to me (though I hadn't even asked for it!). A very good shopping experience.

Always room for improvement there. Would be good when they would do a few little tweaks here and there in their in-store stores. Food in the restaurant surely can be improved. Each time there was something seriously wrong with the food.

Huge store. Exhausting and time consuming but well structured and directions (in English and dutch) are available in every corner. Staff are helpful. Billing is simple. Parking is descent with car parking in the basement and cycle locking outdoors. Has a restaurant/ sitting area in first floor which is pretty good. Checkout the item on their website before going to the store, helps sometimes. Website is great with pricing and availability displayed and easy to navigate around. Get the IKEA family card for points/discount.

I don't like this Ikea. It's always super crowded and filled with screaming children. I feel sorry for them, those children must feel as if they were in a slaughterhouse. Furthermore, they do not have rental of transportation bikes anymore which is a terrible thing if you are a person without a car, like a seizable majority of households in the Netherlands.
