In the morning even when the sigh do not disturb was on the door, the cleaning lady enter in the room widout any consent or even waiting for a reply. At ,6 in the morning construction workers painting start to knock in our window and put music very lowed. That weekends was supposed to be relaxed ended up to be a disaster. No compensation was offered from the hotel for all the inconvenience

Most amazing hotel with incredible views of the snow slopes. The staff were friendly and the rooms were excellent. There is a very well fitted gym and multiple separate workout rooms. Food is excellent and very reasonably priced.

Realy nice place for skiing, snowboarding and eating. Fair prices, good slopes and a great funpark.

The only good thing about this place is that it is big. Today the main slope was reserved for some profi trainning. Then whatever was left was crowded and the snow was not bad. Then if half of the capacity, read slopes, are not operational why do i have to pay the full price. Will never go back again.

Ski lessons were fantastic but the hotel stay was very poor. The soundproofing for The room was very poor. The noise from every guest and every door opening was so bad we cancelled the rest of our stay.

Nice hotel, however Wi-Fi did not work at our floor when we stayed there. Breakfast included, nice facility and a nice playroom for children while parents enjoy their meal.

Many things to do at the hotel, very pleasing and enclosed area to keep things quite and safe. Rooms were clean and modern which I very enjoyed. Also very new. Either they it's a new building or they keep things refreshed. The friendliest country I've ever been to!

Location was very nice. Beautiful area. Hotel rooms were very nice and clean. Only a little noisy because of cooling machines. Breakfast is expensive.

It is visible that hotel is 10 years old. During the night, air-conditioning was pumping oil-frying fumes from the kitchen into the room.

The lifts are really slow so most oft the time you are just sitting and waiting. But everything else is nice. Thumbs up.
