Well kitted out weight area with plenty of room. Bodypump gear is from the 1970s tho.

And it's the kind of place that turns off the Wu-Tang and pumps up Will Smith

Also they have some kind of crossfit reclining equipment DIRECTLY BELOW THE END OF THE SQUAT RACK. Do you want some idiot having a 20kg dropped on the because they are sitting in the way? This is how you do that.

Plus seems to be plenty of guys just sitting around by the weight racks for a good half hour doing nothing.

Best gym we could find in Amsterdam. Has a full array of "real" weightlifting equipment: squat racks, sled, benches, deadlifting area, full array of real machines, etc. Nice shake bar. Nice staff.

Great place to workout and the classes are amazing!

Only bad thing I can think of is that the workout mats smell really bad. ALL OF THEM. Please get new ones! I think you cab afford it with the monthly fees w have to cough up

Average Gym at best, no water fountains, and I went in to use their "free-trial" which turned out to be a total headache, as I now have Marc attempting to get a collections agency on to me, given I used the gym a total of twice and never returned (I left Amsterdam due to a family emergency). He now wants 6 payments of 65,75 euro's.. what a bully, what a joke, avoid this place at all costs, this guy doesn't deserve to be in business.

Gym for serious work out with very good choice of Technogym machines, cardio, group lessons. I personally find that cleaning should be improved in some areas of the gym, that teachers should enforce users to disinfect providing an anti bacterial sprat matresses after yoga or other lessons and wooden floor should be properly washed out. Shower water pressure is on the weak side but still,
after having visited few gyms in the city including the filthy Fit for free, Splash remains best choice in central Amsterdam.
