Small rooms & Incredibly small bathroom. Reminds me of hotels in Paris with narrow curving ailes.
Entrance looks a bit abandoned but the breakfast lounge and the (small) rooms are well styled.
Overall I think this hotel would be okay with a lower price setting.

Nice hotel with good placement (20 mins walk to the center). Small but cosy rooms. The toilet and shower are extremely small though, not convenient to use. Ideal for one-couple nights stay because of price\placement.

The most beautiful location ever. Close to city center (walking distance 7-10 min, tram goes by every 3 min). Hotel itself is small and nothing fancy but it got some views to canal or park side. Peaceful neighborhood

A very cosy and friendly place to spend your days while visiting Utrecht. The staff is great and very helpful with any needs you'd have. Mind that it's a bit small and the stairs are steep so take it with a pinch of salt. What I don't like is the thin walls which don't isolate noise that well. Great value for money.
